i would say tesla have the worst paint I have ever seen on any car. I can get a hyundai Elantra that has better paint than a model 3 has the biggest issue I have with my model 3 2023 model is the thin paint I have Graphene paint protection professionally done and on all cars I have had before this tesla has never had a rock chip ever. this is the only car I know of that MUST have PPF on it because the paint is so shit.

“Hand trim” is better in most cases, but the patterns can be modified in order to wrap around edges where possible . Also precut kits are better in cases where A one piece will re quiere a seam or relieve cut any way and will end up with a gap or exposed area.
